How Real Sport Insider Records Picks, Odds and Results
A clear record of what was published, which price was saved and how the result is graded.
This page explains how to read the prediction record shown on Real Sport Insider. It does not change a bookmaker’s settlement rules and it does not turn a saved price into a live quote.
The life of a published pick

The match, selection, line and any valid saved odds are recorded.
- 2Kickoff
The published selection stays the same while the match is played.
- 3Confirmed data
A final score or the required match statistic becomes available.
- 4Graded
The record becomes Win, Loss or Push; otherwise it remains Pending.
What belongs to one prediction record?
Read the fields together. A selection without its line can describe a different bet, and a saved price without its selection has no useful meaning.

What do saved odds mean?
The decimal odds shown beside a pick are the valid price stored with that prediction. They are a snapshot, not a live feed and not a promise that the same price is still available.
A missing price is displayed as unavailable. It is not converted to zero. On the Dropping Odds page, an earlier price may be reconstructed from the stored percentage movement and saved price; that does not create a bookmaker-by-bookmaker live history.
How results are graded
The required result data depends on the published market. Real Sport Insider does not replace the original selection after the match to make it look successful.
1X2, BTTS, Totals and Handicap
A recognized result saved with the pick is the primary status. If it is missing and a confirmed final score is available, the site can derive an unambiguous Win or Loss from that score.
Corners and Yellow Cards
The match must be finished and the corresponding home and away CORN or CARDS statistics must exist. Without those statistics, the pick stays Pending.
Football xG
The Model Pick saved before the match is compared with the confirmed final football score.
Dropping Odds
The page follows the stored result of the market and selection on which the displayed price drop was recorded.
What each status means
The confirmed result satisfies the published selection.
The confirmed result does not satisfy the published selection.
A stored whole-number line finishes exactly on its line and the stake is returned.
The final result or required statistic has not been confirmed, so no Win or Loss is assigned.
One complete example
Illustrative example: Over 2.5 goals was published at saved decimal odds of 1.85. The match finished 2–1, producing three goals. The recorded status is Win. The final score grades the original selection; it does not replace the selection or the saved price.
Missing data, postponed matches and corrections
A postponed, cancelled, abandoned or incomplete match is not marked as a loss merely because a final result is missing. The record remains Pending until the data source supplies a result that can be graded.
A football score cannot substitute for missing corner or card statistics. Likewise, an unavailable price remains unavailable rather than becoming 0.00. These distinctions prevent an incomplete record from being presented as a settled one.
Bookmakers can apply their own period, abandonment and statistical settlement rules. Real Sport Insider reports the status supported by its stored selection and confirmed data; it does not override the rules of the bookmaker that accepted a bet.
